Delete your Cuizy account
Account deletion is the permanent removal of your Cuizy account, together with your preferences, meal plans and saved recipes.
Request deletion of your account and associated personal data without installing the app.
From your account
Sign in, open Settings, then choose Delete account at the bottom of the page.

Email us from the address linked to your Cuizy account and ask to delete your account and associated personal data. We will verify that you own the account before processing the request. Never send your password.

If you have a subscription
For an App Store subscription, deleting your Cuizy account does not cancel Apple billing. Manage or cancel it in your Apple subscription settings. You can still delete your Cuizy account immediately. For a website subscription, cancel it through your Cuizy subscription settings first. If you cannot access your account or cancel, mention this in your email so we can help.
